So ladies, this Spring Summer 13 it’s a requirement to bag yourself a pair of cropped tailored trousers paired with what I like to call; “assassin heels”! The length in trouser will really show off your beautiful shoes, so don't pick a naff pair- pick your weirdest and furthermost magnificent pair. The wandering eye will be drawn to them- I tell no lies!

 

Yes, I’m fully aware that my absolutely fabulous new pair of cropped trousers are blending into my wallpaper- pretty cool!

Dear John

John Rocha’s ready to wear Autumn Winter 13/14:
  

Collection showed voluminous proportions where the silhouettes were taken from the summer bringing them through to winter. The collection was inspired by Wicklow, Ireland, which really brought the fresh country breeze to the collection through colour and airy oversized jackets. John has really made me look forward to next autumn which is a big thing for me to say, as I find it’s too unkind to the skin and the annoyingly unwelcome static hair is almost cursed upon you!Seriously. A.N.N.O.Y.I.N.G!

So after admiring Dearest John’s collection, today I wore:

Fancy Pants

A pair of printed trousers has just somehow, accidentally; I didn't mean to, snuck into my wardrobe! I just could resist when walking past the clothing section on my way to the food hall in Marks and Spencer. Yes these party panties are from Marks and bloody Sparks! Following the cropped look for Spring Summer 13 (Alexander McQueen- cropped trousers) and the pocket silk prints that I just can’t get enough really applies for these trousers.

They have a really comfy waist band, which brings comfort and feeling good into one!

The Céline Woman

 

Tracking all around London to fabric/fur suppliers all day really took it out of me today. As soon as I flopped down into my mucky green train seat I turned to my ELLE Collections guide to the new season, freshly bought for some relaxation. As soon as I saw the Spring/Summer 13 collection by Céline I fell in LOVE.

The Collection really shows the loose cut, relaxed style with an edge. There were somewhat incomplete raw edges, or extra material and slouchy fits. My favourite being; the trousers that had unfitted crotches that draped casually low and the trench coats which were thrown over mini dresses. There was still a chic and sophisticated element to the collection even though it wasn’t overtly detailed. I just wanted to share with you my CRAVE for a piece of this style!

Also F.Y.I look at the models hair,the hair styles in this collection are just so healthy, natural and clean cut. Totally going to hide my curling tongs for a while and embrace my naturally straight locks!

Post Christmas Blues

Although one of the leading trends for Autumn Winter 12/13 has been about the chilling hue of blue, let’s not feel “blue” about 2012 approaching an end. Stay cool and embrace the colour! Although it’s a bright shade for this season, it will undeniably brighten up your post-Christmas sulk, as well as your wardrobe from its electric powers! If it’s too bright for you, tone it down with some black.
